Can I add an item after I have placed my order?

After finalizing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we remind you that it is not possible to cancel or modify it.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on hand.These orders will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.

Why was my order cancelled?

Cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do, but it may be necessary due to some of these reasons. *Parmi does not support Bulk Purchasing or Freight Forwarding. Orders failing to comply with our policy may be cancelled without notification.
